Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Xenos website and any invitation-only beta features made available by founder Ripon Mallick. By using the website or beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Research service only

Xenos is an historical backtesting, machine-learning research and paper-trading product under active development. It is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or asset-management service. The current MVP does not place live trades or connect to exchange accounts.

No financial advice or performance promise

All outputs, forecasts, metrics, examples and backtest results are informational, simulated and based on historical data. They are not financial advice, an offer, a recommendation or a guarantee of future performance. Historical and simulated results have important limitations and may differ materially from real execution.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your research decisions, strategy assumptions, data quality and any financial decisions made outside Xenos. Trading involves substantial risk and may result in loss. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Private-beta access

Beta access is limited, revocable and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or contain errors. You must provide accurate application information, keep any credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or beta, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, infringe intellectual-property rights, violate applicable law or use the service to harm others.

Your content and data

You retain rights in datasets, configurations and feedback you provide. You grant Xenos the limited permission needed to process that material to operate, secure and improve the beta. Do not submit material you lack the right to use or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the research workflow.

Intellectual property

The Xenos name, website, software, design and original content are owned by Xenos or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Any beta access is a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to evaluate the service.

Availability and warranties

The website and beta are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Xenos does not promise uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, data preservation or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xenos and its founder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or trading losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Xenos at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service operation or a breach of these terms.
